All goods are despatched with the Royal Mail, Hermes or Parcel Force. Orders are dispatched between 3 -5 days of the order first being received.   Most items are delivered within 7 working days of placing your order. 

Orders made at weekends and public Holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you require any special delivery arrangements such as a Saturday or before noon etc... then please contact us and we will quote the price of the arrangement.  

When your order is dispatched we email your delivery tracking information allowing you to see when your order will arrive.
If you miss the first delivery attempt our courier will leave a card allowing you to re-arrange the delivery on a convenient date.

Your order can be delivered to a different address other than your billing address if required. We could deliver to an alternative address or even your place of work if this is more convenient for you.

Some Items qualify for FREE UK main land delivery. A surcharge will be made for delivery to UK Off shores and remote Scottish regions including the following postcodes: -PA20 - 42, PH19-40, PH60, PH41- 44, IV3- IV56 IV63, IM (ALL) BT (ALL), GY (ALL), JE (ALL), KW1 - 17, KY15, KY17, KA27 - 28 PO30 - 41 PA60-PA62, PA77 - PA78, HS(ALL), ZE (ALL) 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with an item you have purchased from us, you can return it for full refund you just need to inform us within 14 days from the date the order is delivered to you. The item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of acceptance of your return request.

You are responsible for the return cost.  

We recommend returning your item via a reputable courier  such as  myHermes Parcel2go, Parcelforce , who will collect the item from your address and deliver it back to us.  As a guide an average size rug (120 x 170 cm) can be returned for approximately £8 using a courier, Larger rugs cost more to send back.  Or we can arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your address, we will tell you the cost before we arrange the return.

If you wish to return an item please email us at  jpstores@tiscali.co.uk we will then confirm the return with you and send you all of the instructions you need to ensure the return goes as smoothly as possible.

Once we have received the item and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the price you paid for the goods.

Alternatively you can choose to accept a credit for the full price of the item you ordered. This can be used towards the purchase of another item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or size please follow our returns procedure, just mention in your email to us that you wish to arrange an exchange. Once we receive your item back we will contact you to arrange the exchange and dispatch of your new item.
